Pelosi opposed Trump's presidential nomination from the White House
US President Donald Trump has no right to officially announce his nomination for a new term, being within the White House. This was stated by the speaker of the House of Representatives of the US Congress, Democrat Nancy Pelosi, reports Radio Sputnik. According to Pelosi, this option of nomination should be immediately rejected, otherwise Trump will once again humiliate the White House. For ethical reasons, Trump should not do this and declare it, she added. Earlier, Trump said that he could announce his consent to run for president as a Republican candidate not at the party's congress in Jacksonville, but right in the White House. Taxpayers' funds that need to be spent for the safety of the trip will be saved, he explained. He called the White House a convenient and least expensive place, noting that such an option is still being considered. According to the news agency, the US presidential election is scheduled for November 3, 2020. See also: Trump team accused social networks of egregious bias
