Over the past day, more than 42.5 thousand new confirmed cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in the United States. This was announced on June 28 by Johns Hopkins University, which collects medical statistics in the country and in the world. According to the university, over the past 24 hours, 42,597 new infected SARS-CoV-2 have been identified in the country, as a result of which their total number is 2,510,323. It is also reported that 500 patients with COVID-19 died in the United States per day and now the total number of deaths has reached 125,539. It is noted that today in the country more than 679 thousand people have been cured of COVID-19. According to the news agency, on June 28, a statement by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health reported that 551 cases of coronavirus infection were detected in the country per day.
