In Germany, 580 new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded


The number of detected infections with a new coronavirus in Germany increased by 580 to 187,764, according to the website of the Robert Koch Institute. Also in a day in the country revealed 26 fatalities among patients with COVID-19. A total of 8,856 deaths from complications of this disease were recorded in Germany. Over 174 thousand people recovered. According to the news agency, on June 17, German Chancellor Angela Merkel asked German citizens to continue to comply with sanitary distancing standards even after improving the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection.
