Korea Hana Foundation to assist refugees living in South Korea

The Korea Hana Foundation will provide North Korean refugees in South Korea with basic necessities, KBS reported. According to the foundation, 420 elderly defectors from the DPRK living in Taegu, Seoul, Gyeongsan Pukto, Gyeongido and Chhuncheon Namdo provinces will be assisted. The Foundation intends to provide North Koreans with washing and cleaning means for hands, funds for prevention, as well as semi-finished products. According to the news agency, over the past 24 hours, 74 new cases of new coronavirus infection have been detected in South Korea. The total number of cases increased to 8,236.
