The organizers of sociological research can sometimes act in a manner similar to those who manipulate data. On February 13, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov told journalists, commenting on the social survey about the attitude of Russian and Ukrainian citizens towards each other. Peskov refrained from the conclusions, noting that he did not know the degree of credibility and details of the study, and its results could be the result of sociological sophistication. He recalled that earlier there was a poll about the level of confidence in Russian President Vladimir Putin, which caused a heated discussion, including accusations of manipulation. It is obvious that these tools can often be played as a form, said Peskov. According to the news agency, earlier sociologists named the share of Russian and Ukrainian citizens who are negative towards each other.
